The measures include reducing teachers’ out-of-classroom responsibilities, piloting smaller classes and tapping more external support, following calls by NTUC Labour MP Wan Rizal and MP David Hoe. This builds on advocacy efforts by the Singapore Teachers' Union and other Labour MPs to cut down on non-teaching and admin workload.
