To make a card replacement due to damaged or displaced card, CIEU members can contact us directly via the following:

1) Call CIEU office directly at 6220 5677

2) Email CIEU at cieu@ntuc.org.sg with your full name, last 4 character of your NRIC/FIN, Date of Birth, Home address and Contact number, with the subject Card replacement. We will contact you shortly on your request.
