QC Inspector

- At least one year or more experience in a relevant field
- Ability to understand drawing or inspection plan
- With hands-on experience in precision measurement devices, e.g. smart scope, digital

-Conduct quality control activities (inbound, outbound, returned goods) according to approved regulations and requirements (customer and internal)
-Daily inspection using CMM, Smart Scope, Microscope, etc
-Raise internal rejection form and update inspection report into system
-Approves production by confirming specifications, visual & measurement tools for first off & In-process inspection & Outgoing using specified measuring and test equipment
-Performs verification of In-process & OQC products per sampling plan and keeps accurate and detailed records
-Visually compares workpieces against one another to assess/detect manufacturing measurement In the process.
-Prepare COC, Data Entry & Operate Burst test Machine

Sprayer(Assembly)

- Primary/Secondary level education
- Able to read and understand simple English

• Perform manual spray-painting process.
• Perform machine setting up and adjustment for spray painting process using robotic arm.
• Perform sanding or polishing process using manual or equipment to carry out spray painting process.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work station and tools by performing housekeeping regularly.
• Ensure the work station and tools are operational at all times.
• Reports to the leader, supervisor and the manager especially in the event if abnormality is found.

Store Clerk

- Primary/Secondary level education
- Able to read and understand simple English

• Issue required shipping documents/DO for local deliveries
• Print pick list/delivery due list to Store Keeper for picking and packing of goods
• Liaise with requestor/production on incoming and outgoing/transfer of stocks
• Put up purchase request for indirect purchase
• Receive goods at store, perform goods receipt & SAP system transaction
• Coordinate import shipments with respective parties and appointed agents/vendors
• Conduct monthly stock take and cycle count reporting
• Ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained
• Filing and other administrative duties

• Deliver goods to client within scheduled time frame
• Loading, unloading, picking and packing of goods
• Perform retrieval, storage and issuance of stock inventory
• Perform warehousing fuctions and maintain stock accuracy with good housekeeping duties
• Support team member when needed and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
